AGONY AND TREATMENT FOR LOWER BACK PAIN Dated: 01/08/2017 Hi ! I am Rajesh Gadda, Age 46, Businessman Living in Mumbai, INDIA since birth. This I am writing this blog because of my extremely bad encounter with Lower Back Pain. I was a sports person in my teen age. I used to practice martial art JUDO and later started teaching the Martial Art to many students in my club. I had a severe injury in my lower back while playing judo. later I stopped practicing & joined my family business of textiles. For some years the pain was on and off for brief periods. But in November 2016, I experienced extreme pain 24x7. Day in Day out, while sitting, walking, sleeping the pain was there. it kept on increasing and by December 2016, I was in agony. I visited a orthopedic surgeon for consultation. He suggested me to get an MRI done. I got the MRI and visited the surgeon.
